About Pastor Paulette L. Scott

Rev. Dr. Paulette L. Scott is a native Washingtonian, the founder and senior Pastor of Christ CornerStone Healing Ministries, Capitol Heights, Maryland.  She is an anointed preacher and gifted teacher who loves serving the people of God.  Her greatest privilege in ministry is serving the local church.  In 1996, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, in 2000 she received a Master of Divinity Degree from Howard University School of Divinity and in 2004 she received a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Pastoral Counseling from United Theological Seminary, Dayton Ohio.

Pastor Scott is currently under the covering of Bishop Alfred A. Owens, Jr., Presiding Prelate of the Mount Calvary Holy Churches of America organization (MCHCA), and serves as the International Director of Evangelism.   She is a certified counselor under the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

Her mission is exalting Christ, making disciples, empowering and enlightening the people of God through His word.  She ministers a message of hope, healing and deliverance that will cultivate a deeper fellowship with God and one another.

She founded "Healing Water Services", which ministers to all who are sick, broken-hearted and wounded. There have been testimonies of God's miraculous healing and deliverance from the services under the power and auspices of the Holy Spirit.  Dr. Scott's own miraculous healing from cancer is her personal testimony of God's healing power.

Dr. Scott has served as a biblical instructor at both the National Church of God Bible College and the Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church Bible Institute.  She is the founder of "You Can Make It Ministries", and "Elizabeth's House" a mentoring ministry to women who are in need of healing and deliverance from a painful past. For more than a decade, she ministered at substance abuse centers and halfway houses.

Her central message is - "in spite of your current circumstances, with God on your side, You Can Make It". Her covenant scriptures are Luke 4:18, and Romans 8:28, for she believes that all things truly do work together for our good. Pastor Scott brings a refreshing word of restoration and encouragement. She loves the Lord and the people of God, and is humbled by every opportunity to serve.
